Alien Pet: Escape Puzzle — Privacy Policy

You do not need an account to play. Your progress, pet items and settings are saved on your device.

Players under 13, and players who have not selected an age range, use a mode with no ads, no Firebase Analytics and no Firebase Remote Config. Players aged 13–17 can receive restricted contextual ads without Firebase Analytics or Remote Config. For adults, gameplay analytics is an optional choice, separate from advertising privacy choices.

1. Who we are

YoloStudioGlobal publishes Alien Pet: Escape Puzzle (the “Game”) on Google Play. This policy describes the Android Game and this privacy page, the information handled to provide them, and the choices available to players and parents.

This is a policy for Alien Pet. Other games hosted on this website have their own policies.

2. Age ranges and children

The Game asks for an age range before enabling optional online services. It does not ask for a date of birth. The selected range is stored locally and is not logged as a gameplay-Analytics event; it is not a game account. For eligible teen advertising, the Game sends coarse teen/under-consent-age treatment signals to Google so that age-appropriate ad restrictions can be applied. It does not send a date of birth.

Under 13 or age not selected: the Game does not initialize its advertising, Firebase Analytics, Remote Config or Firebase Installations services. There are no ad requests or gameplay-analytics uploads from those services in this mode. Local gameplay and saving remain available.

Ages 13–17: the Game can show restricted contextual ads with under-age protections. It does not enable Firebase Analytics or Remote Config for this age range. Ads can still involve the technical data described in Section 4.

Age 18 and older: gameplay analytics is off until the player chooses to enable it. Advertising choices are handled separately through Google's consent platform where required. The Game requests non-personalized ads; choosing an adult age range does not by itself grant Analytics consent.

If you are a parent or guardian with a privacy concern, contact us at the address below. Please do not send a child's date of birth, school, passwords, photos or other information that is not needed to explain the concern.

3. Information on your device

The Game stores level progress, tutorial progress, virtual Drops, unlocked pet items, customization, ability choices, settings and privacy selections locally. The Game does not offer an account-based cloud-save service.

Playing does not require your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise GPS location. The Game has no player chat or user-uploaded content feature.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message or attachments you choose to send. This information is used to answer your request; it is not required to play.

4. Online services, analytics and advertising

The following services are used only when permitted by the Game's age and privacy settings.

Optional gameplay analytics. For adults who opt in, Google Analytics for Firebase helps us understand level difficulty and feature use. Events can include level starts, wins, losses, retries, duration, tutorial progress, virtual rewards, item selections, pet-care actions and ad interactions. Parameters may include level and attempt identifiers, item identifiers, virtual currency amounts and app/configuration versions. These are event records, not screen recordings.

The Analytics SDK processes app/device identifiers and technical information such as app and operating-system versions, language and approximate location. SDK identifiers can associate events with an app installation; no account does not mean that the events are anonymous.

Advertising. The Game integrates Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads. Its SDK can process IP-derived approximate location, device/ad identifiers, interactions and diagnostics for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google and its advertising partners may receive this data. The Game requests non-personalized ads and applies additional restrictions for ages 13–17. Non-personalized or contextual ads can still require technical identifiers and diagnostic data. An optional rewarded ad is not required to complete a level.

Remote configuration. Firebase Remote Config supplies game configuration values for adults who enable optional Analytics. It shares that opt-in setting and is disabled for everyone under 18 and for unknown ages. It uses a Firebase installation identifier and technical context such as country, language, time zone and platform. It does not upload the complete local save file.

The current Google Play release has no account registration, Firebase Crashlytics or real-money in-app purchases. Virtual Drops are game currency, not money. The Game does not collect payment-card information.

5. Your privacy choices

The Game provides access to this Privacy Policy from its menus. Its privacy controls let adults review the optional Analytics choice. Turning Analytics off stops subsequent Analytics collection and new Remote Config requests; it does not automatically erase events already sent.

Where Google's consent platform requires a privacy-options entry, use Privacy choices to review advertising consent. Advertising consent and the Game's Analytics choice are separate. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop every ad or all data necessary to deliver permitted ads.

Android also provides advertising-identifier controls in device settings. Changing or deleting an advertising identifier does not itself remove local progress or all records held by service providers.

Google services receive the information described above for their stated purposes. Our support email provider handles messages sent to support. Google Play handles app distribution under Google's policies. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Service providers may process information outside your country. Their privacy and security documentation explains their processing locations and applicable safeguards.

7. Retention and security

Local game data remains until it is cleared or otherwise removed by the app or device. Operating-system backup and restore settings can affect whether local data is restored.

Analytics records are retained according to the Google Analytics retention settings for this Game. Remote Config installation records are handled under Firebase's retention and deletion rules. Advertising records follow Google's advertising data policies. We keep support correspondence for as long as necessary to resolve the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations; information no longer needed is deleted.

Google documents encrypted transport for the Firebase and Google Mobile Ads services used here. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.

8. Privacy requests and deletion

Local game data: on Android, open the device's Settings → Apps → Alien Pet: Escape Puzzle → Storage, then use Clear storage (wording varies by device). This resets local game progress, items and settings. It does not delete information already sent to Google services.

Requests to us: email support@suri.house with the subject “Alien Pet privacy request”. Tell us whether you are requesting access, correction or deletion and which platform/app version you use. A parent or guardian may contact us for a child.

Because the Game has no accounts, an email address alone may not identify an app installation. We may ask for limited technical details, such as an app-instance identifier if available, to locate the relevant information. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary personal details. If we cannot identify the relevant records, we will explain the limitation rather than claim that unidentified records have been deleted.

We review requests and act on identifiable information we control as required by applicable law. For advertising data, Google's privacy controls and the advertising choices above may also be needed. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to your local data-protection authority.

9. This privacy page

This page does not display ads. The website uses Cloudflare for delivery, security and web analytics. Cloudflare's beacon measures page views and page-performance metrics. Hosting and security services also process technical request information, such as an IP address, time and requested page, to deliver and protect the website. 10. Changes

If the Game's data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. We will present any additional choices required for new processing before enabling it.
